Virtual public comments are made in the Zoom webinar. If you are watching the webcast, close the webcast prior to joining the Zoom webinar. Please note that public comment is not available at all committee meetings. If public comment is available, the start time for making public comment will be listed on the meeting's agenda, but it is subject to change depending on the completion of committee business.
To sign up for public comment, use the 'raise hand' feature during the public comment period of the meeting. Be ready to make your comments when the public comment period begins, and your name is called.
