Public Records Requests

You have the right, under New Mexico law, to inspect and make copies of the public records of the Legislature, including its agencies. Email to make a request or if you have questions. Your email will be sent to the Legislative Council Service, which has been designated by the Legislature as the custodian of the records of the Legislature and all its agencies for the purposes of the Inspection of Public Records Act. You will receive a response to your email within three business days.
