Synopsis of Bill
The bill appropriates a total of $22 million in general fund in FY99 and FY2000 to the Department of Health. Of the total funding, $9,396.0 would be used to serve persons under the developmentally disabled Medicaid waiver program, and $12,604.0 would be used to provide minimal personal support services to persons not enrolled in the developmentally disabled Medicaid waiver program.
