Senate Bill 22 appropriates $340.0 in recurring general fund to the State Department of Education (SDE) to contract with a community oriented organization that represents business, education and state government to provide professional development training and consulting to school stakeholders. Stakeholders include administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, school board members, SDE personnel, college of education partners, and community members.
