Synopsis of Bill



House Bill 33 appropriates $150.0 in recurring general fund for FY2000 to the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to establish two new judgeships in the Dona Ana magistrate district. The judges will be located in Las Cruces and ride circuit to Hatch and Anthony.
