4. On page 1, line 17, strike "THE SAME TRAINING PROGRAM" and insert in lieu thereof "A SIMILAR TRAINING PROGRAM AS THAT".

5. On page 1, line 19, after "A" insert "COUNTY-OPERATED OR".

6. On page 6, line 23, before "PRIVATELY" insert "COUNTY-OPERATED OR".

7. On page 7, line 1, after "is" insert "county-operated or".

8. On page 7, line 8, after "information" insert ", which shall be kept confidential,".

9. On page 7, line 10, strike "ninety" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred twenty".

10. On page 7, line 17, after "B." strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 through the comma.

11. On page 7, line 25 and on page 8, lines 1 through 6, strike Subsection C in its entirety and insert a new subsection to read:

"C. as a condition of employment, require all prospective correctional officers to successfully complete a training program that is certified by the American correctional association or a program that meets standards similar to those required for officers employed at state-operated facilities; and".
