Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 26

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "who reside in the unincorporated areas".

2. On page 2, line 22, after "denied" insert ".to municipalities, counties or urban counties".

3. On page 3, line 1, strike "governing civil relationships".

4. On page 6, line 16, after the period insert "Any law granting any power or authorizing any distribution to a municipality disincorporated pursuant to this section shall be interpreted as granting the power or authorizing the distribution to the county.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
