SUMMARY



Synopsis of Bill



The bill proposes to remove the annual $50.0 cap on funds eligible for use to implement the Public Mass Transit Act. Currently, no more than $50.0 of funds which are not eligible for matching federal funds may be used for the purposes of the Act.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



The bill proposes to allow the appropriation process and SHTD to determine the level of funding to be allocated towards implementation of the Public Mass Transit Act.
