SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill provides a general fund appropriation of $150.0 to the Office of the Secretary of State to provide neighborhood citizenship programs in Albuquerque. The appropriation is for expenditure in fiscal years 2000 through 2003.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $150.0 for the purpose stated above. Unexpended or unencumbered balances remaining at the end of FY2003 revert to the general fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
The Office of the Secretary of State anticipates minimal administrative impact as a result of the passage of this legislation.
