SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill amends Section 21-1-4.3 to allow lottery tuition scholarship eligibility to out-of-state high school graduates pursuant to Subsection A of Section 22-8-30 or students who are attending school out-of-state because school facilities are not reasonably available in the school district of their residence, [Compulsory School Attendance Law, Section 22-12-1 to 22-12-7 NMSA 1978]. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill does not make an appropriation, but allows for the continuation of the lottery tuition scholarship program.
