SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 450 appropriates 75.0 from the general fund to the Department of Health for the purpose of providing counseling services for youth, individuals and families in San Miguel county. Unencumbered balances revert to the general fund at the end of FY 2000.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The 75.0 general fund appropriation is in addition to any monies requested by the Department of Health during the regular budget request process.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
Administration of these monies is within the budgeted capacity of this department.
