The amendment to SB449 is technical in nature only, and does not affect previous analysis.



Synopsis of Bill



Senate Bill 449 adds two positions to the Judicial Standards Commission. The additional members shall be one non-attorney lay person and one magistrate court judge. Both positions shall begin on July 1, 1999.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



The addition of new commissioners will increase the costs to the Commission for per diem and mileage.
