Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 404 appropriates 322.0 from the general fund to the Department of Health for expenditure in FY 2000 for the purpose of subsidizing the Eddy county rural health care facility.

The provision of health care services in rural areas is essential to the economic viability
of New Mexico.
