The Senate Public Affairs Committee amendment clarifies certain items within the bill but does not change the original intent of the bill.
Synopsis of Bill
The attached analyses by the Taxation and Revenue Department and the State Highway and Transportation Department adequately address the administrative and fiscal impact of Senate Bill 256. The appropriation of $250.0 is non-recurring and will be used to implement the provisions of this act.
