Senate Bill 72 appropriates $150.0 in general fund for fiscal years 2000 and 2001 to the Environment Department for the purpose of initiating a New Mexico rivers information system.



Significant Issues



Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY2001 shall revert to the general fund.
