Funding for a salary reclassification authorized by the Supreme Court is not included in the bill.

RELATIONSHIP/DUPLICATION

Appropriations will still be made to judicial units in House Bill 2. This bill does not preclude House Bill 2 appropriations.

Also included in the bill are appropriations to create or expand drug court programs in districts around the state, and additional FTE to offset workload increases in the Second District and at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court.
