SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 859 appropriates 1,250.0 from the general fund to the Department of Health for expenditure in FY 2000 for the purpose of contracting for services and programs for persons who do not meet the medicaid medical eligibility criteria or who need services not provided by medicaid or other state funded programs.

Significant Issues

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS

Administration of these monies is within the budgeted capacity of this department.

POSSIBLE QUESTIONS
