SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill provides a general fund appropriation of $39.0 to the LGD to help defray costs for a village water tank for the village of Grady. This bill contains an emergency clause.
Significant Issues
According to the LGD, the village of Grady only has $7.5 in its general fund cash reserve, the amount required by the LGD.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $39.0 to the LGD for the purpose stated above. The expenditure is for expenditure in FY99 and FY2000. Unexpended or unencumbered balances remaining at the end of FY2000 revert to the general fund.
