SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
The bill appropriates money to the Legislative Council Service to replace the network protocol and replace and enhance other components of the legislative information system.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The bill appropriates $360.5 for expenditure in FY99 through FY2001. Unexpended or unencumbered balances remaining at the end of FY2001 revert to the general fund.
DUPLICATION
An appropriation for this purpose is contained in the HAFC substitute for House Bill 2; however, unexpended and unencumbered balances revert at the end of FY2000 rather than FY2001.
