SUMMARY
Synopsis of HCPAC Amendment
The House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee amendment increases the appropriation in the bill from $100.0 to $200.0.
Synopsis of Bill
The bill would appropriate $100.0 general fund in FY2000 to the Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA) to fund an ethnomusicology educational training program. Unexpended balances at the end of FY2000 would revert to the general fund.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The OCA anticipates need for one additional FTE (a planner II) to administer this program.
