SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $100.0 to the Board of Regents of the New Mexico State University to expand and enhance programs at the Clayton livestock research center. The appropriation is broken down as follows: $38.6 to the Cooperative Extension Service and $61.4 to the Agricultural Experiment Station.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $100.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY00 shall revert to the general fund.
CONFLICT/DUPLICATION/COMPANIONSHIP/RELATIONSHIP
This bill relates to House Bill 2. An amount of $70.4 to the Cooperative Extension Service has been included in the LFC recommendation for the purpose outlined in this bill.
This bill duplicates Senate Bill 183.
