FOR POWERLINE EXTENSIONS AT WHITEHORSE LAKE CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct powerline extensions at Whitehorse Lake chapter in McKinley county.
