FOR UPGRADING PONDS TO COMPLY WITH WASTEWATER USE REGULATIONS FOR THE THOREAU WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to upgrade ponds and install aerators to comply with wastewater use regulations in the Thoreau water and sanitation district in Thoreau in McKinley county.
