FOR EXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE JICARILLA APACHE TRIBE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for expansion and improvements to the Jicarilla Apache tribe wastewater treatment facility in Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
