FOR EXPANSION AND RENOVATION TO THE JICARILLA WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two million three hundred seventy thousand dollars ($2,370,000) for construction and expansion of a new water treatment plant for the Jicarilla Apache tribe in Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
