FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE A VAN FOR HEAD START AND YOUTH ACTIVITIES AT THE PUEBLO OF COCHITI IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection C of Section 12 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 and Subsection I of Section 18 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to purchase a bus for head start and youth activities at the pueblo of Cochiti in Sandoval county may also be expended to purchase a van for head start and youth activities at the pueblo of Cochiti.
