REQUESTED BY

FOR SCRUM MACHINES AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE, NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY AND EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase a scrum machine for eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase a scrum machine for New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

• to the governing board of San Juan college

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase a scrum machine for San Juan college in Farmington in San Juan county.
