FOR EXPANDING AND RENOVATING THE GREENHOUSE AT NEW MEXICO STATE

UNIVERSITY'S COLLEGE OF HOME ECONOMICS AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER IN

ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to expand and renovate the greenhouse at New Mexico state university's college of home economics agricultural science center in Artesia in Eddy county.
