FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CRYSTAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the irrigation system in Crystal in San Juan county.
