FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CRYSTAL ROAD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to surface and improve Crystal road in San Juan county.
