FOR A COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE EAST MESA AREA OUTSIDE LAS CRUCES CITY LIMITS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and purchase land for a community center in the east mesa area outside Las Cruces city limits in Dona Ana county.
