REQUESTED BY

FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO IMPROVE THE PARKING LOT AND LANDSCAPE A SITE ON SECOND STREET IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department

of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection KKKKKKK of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998

for the county to purchase and develop land at 7704 Second street, NW for a community clinic parking lot

in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to improve the

parking lot and to landscape the site.
