FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 285 AND MILL ROAD FOR THE CITY OF ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to United States highway 285 and Mill road for the city of Artesia in Eddy county.
