FOR A NEW PRE-SCHOOL BUILDING AT THE COYOTE CANYON CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($475,000) to plan, design, construct and prepare a site for a new pre-school building at the Coyote Canyon chapter in McKinley county.
