FOR A VETERANS' PARK FOR THE NEWCOMB CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a veterans' park for the Newcomb chapter in San Juan county.
