FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EMMA YAZZIE ROAD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct a gravel road west of New Mexico junction 134 in San Juan county.
