FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON PIPELINE ROAD BETWEEN KERR-MCGEE URANIUM MINE ROAD AND STANDING ROCK IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a feasibility study on Pipeline road between Kerr-McGee uranium mine road and Standing Rock in McKinley county.
