REQUESTED BY

FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE FORMER SHIPROCK HOSPITAL TO BE USED AS A TREATMENT FACILITY IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for renovations to the former Shiprock hospital to be used as a treatment facility with traditional and culturally relevant services provided in San Juan county.
