FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR COUNTY ROAD 7750

IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to acquire right of way, surface and improve county road 7750 in McKinley county.
