REQUESTED BY

FOR A ROAD AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION ON PASEO DEL NORTE IN

ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventeen million dollars ($17,000,000) to plan, design and construct a road and acquire rights of way on Paseo del Norte from Unser boulevard to Golf Course road in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
