FOR PURCHASING PROPERTY AND PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE VILLAGE OF CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to purchase property in the village of Chama and to plan, design and construct a municipal building in the village of Chama in Rio Arriba county.
