REQUESTED BY

FOR A COUNTY-WIDE UPGRADE OF PARKING LOTS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF

THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) to upgrade county-wide parking lots to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Catron county.
