FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE POJOAQUE VALLEY SCHOOLS IN SENATE DISTRICT

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($347,000) to complete phase II construction of the administration building and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county;

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to purchase and install lighting for the track and football field in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county;

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct a new high school at Jacona in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for replacement or improvements to the water system at the secondary school campus in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for improvements and expansion of the waste treatment plant at the Jacona campus in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county.
