REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COAL MINE-FORT DEFIANCE HEAD START FACILITY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

sixty-four thousand dollars ($64,000) to purchase two vehicles for the Coal Mine-Fort Defiance head start program in McKinley county;

eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install fencing at the Coal Mine-Fort Defiance head start facility in McKinley county;

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to equip the outdoor playground at the Coal Mine-Fort Defiance head start facility in McKinley county;

forty-two thousand dollars ($42,000) to purchase a twenty-two-passenger bus for the Coal Mine-Fort Defiance head start program in McKinley county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase I planning of the head start facility at Coal Mine-Fort Defiance in McKinley county.
