FOR A GREENHOUSE TO USE AS AN OUTDOOR CLASSROOM FOR ELIDA MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for a greenhouse to use as an outdoor classroom for all grades of Elida municipal schools in Roosevelt county.
