FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE VISION QUEST TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two million one hundred thirty-six thousand three hundred eighty-nine dollars ($2,136,389) for designing, renovating, constructing improvements, equipping and furnishing facilities at Lovington high school for the vision quest technology center in Lovington in Lea county.
