REQUESTED BY

FOR A HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN THE SOUTH VALLEY IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct an administration building for a primary health care provider in the south valley in Bernalillo county.
