FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FLOOD WAY STRUCTURE FOR THE LA PUEBLA

COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

nineteen thousand dollars ($19,000) to construct a flood way structure to convey flood waters in excess away from downstream residents in the La Puebla community in Santa Fe county.
