REQUESTED BY

FOR LAND PURCHASE, CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER AND

MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT FOR THE CLAUNCH-PINTO SOIL AND WATER

CONSERVATION DISTRICT.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase multimedia equipment for the Claunch-Pinto soil and water conservation district serving Torrance, Lincoln, Socorro and Valencia counties;

two million one hundred thousand dollars ($2,100,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose community and natural resource center for the Claunch-Pinto soil and water conservation district serving Torrance, Lincoln, Socorro and Valencia counties; and

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase land for the Claunch-Pinto soil and water conservation district serving Torrance, Lincoln, Socorro and Valencia counties.
