FOR A WATER SYSTEM IN RIBERA IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to plan, design and construct a water system in Ribera in San Miguel county.
